By checking the boxes below, you (the client) agree and understand the following:

Deposits are non-refundable because I am denying another client a spot on the wait list.

Clients choose puppies in order of deposit paid. If the client is unreachable on the day of puppy selection, then the client will forfeit their place on the list.

A client's deposit can be moved to another litter at anytime if they choose. If a client passes 3 times on purchasing a puppy, the client will be placed on the inactive list.

If a client is placed on the inactive list, it is the client's responsibility to notify Whoopsie Doodles when they are ready to be put back on the active list.

In the event prices increase after a client has passed on 2 or more litters, the client is not guaranteed the old puppy price.

Whoopsie Doodles reserves the right to return any reservation fee, at any time, for any reason; i.e. if we feel that it is no longer in the best interest of the puppy.

I understand doodles with long coats will need regular brushing and professional grooming to prevent matting. I understand doodles can be mouthy as puppies. This is NOT aggression, but normal puppy play and exploration of the world with their mouth. I understand doodles love to chew and dig so they will need mental and physical stimulation to fulfill their innate needs.

I understand the deposit can be paid through Paypal, Venmo, Zelle or CashApp but the final amount due on puppy pickup day must be paid through GoodDog.com's payment system, Cash, Zelle or CashApp only. Due to Venmo's and Paypal's restrictions on animal sales, I cannot use those payment forms for final payment.

Minis are $2000 and standards are $1500. A $300 deposit will hold your reservation.
